TheTribunalhas already grantedan amount of Rs.10,000/- towardstreatment, which this Court is not inclined to interfere. Then comingto the amountthat was granted towards loss of earnings for twomonths, the Tribunalhas granted to an amount of Rs.3,000/-per month.It is the case of the claimantthat he was doing agricultural workand driver. In view of same, this Court is inclined to grant toan amount of Rs.4;500/- per month and for two months the loss ofearningswouldbe Rs.9,000/-.Under the heads of pain and suffering,extra nourishment, the attendant charges,the amount . that weregranted by the Tribunal were not reasonable' Hence, the claimantis entitledto an amount of Rs'20,000/-towards pain and suffering,Rs. 10,000/- towardsextra nourishment and
