D. The Tribrrnal assessed the evidcncc on record carefully and observed that thc deceased died due to the rash and negligent driving of the RTC bus and awarded Rs.5,71,00O/_ as compensation with interest at 7.5o/o per annurn from the date of petition till the date of realisation.

Learned counsel for the clarmants Sri T. Visu,arupachary submits that the deceased uscd to work as a private employee and earn Rs.4,650/- per month. In support o[ the sarne, they filed the salary certificate, but however, the Tribunal has taken the income as Rs.3,500/-. He submits that thc Tribunal ought to have taken the income o[ the deceasecl basing on the salary certirrcate. It is submitted that under the other heads, the amount granted by the Tribunal is not appropriate.
