This revision is fiIed praying to direct the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, I{yderabad to dispose of I A No. 728 of 2027 in O.S. NO. 5l of 2O2l within a time frame.

Both counsel have no objection for disposal of the revision with a dircction to the Court below for early disposal of I A No. 128 of 2O2l in O.S. NO. 51 of 2021 .

Ilaving regard to thc above, without entering into the merits of the matter, revision is disposed of directing the XXIV Additional Chicf Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to dispose of I A No. 128 of 2O2l in O.S. NO. 5 i of 2O2I as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to both parties. No costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending stand closed.
