, The Court made the following: ORDER
The learned lll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-lll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hanumakonda, vide letter dated 25-07 -2023, submitted that this Court, by order dated 19.042023 in C.R.p.No.623 of 2022, has directed to dispose of l.A.No.'188 of 2021 in O.S.No.46B5 of 2022 (old O.S.No.82 of 2021) pending on its file within a period of one (1) month, however, the same could not be disposed of within the specified time and requested to extend the time for a period of four (4) months.
Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter dated 25-07 -2023, time for disposal of LA.No.1BB of 2021 in O,S.No.468S of 2022 is extended for a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
