Aggrieve d by the order dated 21.O7.2022 in I.A.No.1O28 of 2022 in O.S.No.198 of 2022 (Old O.S.No.a99 of 2Ot2l passed by the Court of learned III Additiona_l District Judgecum-Principal Family Judge, Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally, the present Civil Revision Petition is hled wherein the trial Court dismissed the petition under Order I Rute 1O read with 28 of CRP and Section 151 of CPC.

I.A.No.1028 of 2022 is filed under Order I Rule 10 read with 28 of CRP and Section 151 of CpC seeking impleadment of the proposed parties as defendant Nos.32 to 6O in the main suit and permitting the petitioners to make consequential amendments to the plaint. I.A.No. 1075 of 2019 is frled by the defendalt Nos.5 to 31 to implead them as parties as they purchased the property from Defendant Nos.32 to 60. The trail Court dismissed the said I.A stating that already, the defendant Nos.S to 31 who claimed to have purchased the

property from the proposed pa-rties are on record. Even according to the petition, the proposed parties have no title to the property as already sold the properties to defendant Nos.5 to 31.

4 . l,earned counsel for the petitioner contended that defendalt Nos.32 to 6O are proper and necessary parties. If the sa,le deeds of defendant Nos.S to 31 are cancelled, the properties goes to the defendant Nos.32 to 60, as such, they are proper parties to the suit and prayed the Court to allow the petition under Order I Rule 10 of CPC.

Having regard to the submissions made by the petitioners and the material available on record, defendant Nos.S to 31 are purchased the property from defendant Nos.32 to 60. The prayer of the plaintiff in the suit is for the execution of registered sale deed in favour of the plaintiff in respect of the suit schedule property and consequential prayer is to direct the defendants to deliver vacant possession of the suit schedule property. If the sale deeds of defendant Nos.S to 31 are cancelled, the property goes to defendant Nos.32 to 60. Therefore, defendant Nos.32 to 60 are proper
