Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that original petition and other documents filed in O.P.SR,No.282 of 2020 on the lile of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, submitted before this Court in C.R,P.No.1575 of 2021 are very much essential to file their application before the Competent Court. Therefore, sought for return of the said record.

In view of the circumstances explained in the accompanying affidavit and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to return the original petition in O.P,S.R.No,282 of 2020 and other documents on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, submitted in C.R,P.No.1575 of 2021 to the petitioner, after receipt of the Photostat copies thereof, on proper identification and acknowledgment.
