Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 declared that they are intending to develop the land into residential plots by obtaining necessary permissions from the concerned authorities. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 entered into a development agreement with respondent No.5. The respondents have approached the petitioner and offered to sell total plotted area in the proposed iayout admeasuring 1,38,O0O square yards (f Rs.2,800/- per square yard. The land to an extent of 1,38,OO0/- square yards come to 6,25 plots, out o[ total land admeasuring Ac.52.00 guntas. the pe[itioncr and rcspondents entered into an Agreement of Sale, dated I3.O6.20-19, as pcr rvhich, the respondents have to develop the elltire lal-out into residential plots as per norms and conditions o[ DTCP lavout i.e., Iaying BT roads, developing parks, undcrground drainage, clcctricity and other commgn amenities and obtain final approval lrom DTCP.
