This Criminal Re'rision Case is filed by the revision petitioner - complainalt to set aside the judgment dated 22.12.2008 in Criminal Appeal No.2O2 of 2OO8 on the flle of learned VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein the sentence of simple imprisonment for a period of two years awarded by the tria-l Court vide judgment, dated O3-07-2008 in C.C.No.123 of 2008 against the respondent No. 1 - accused was set aside while confirming fine of Rs.5,OO0/- for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
