The Court made the following: ORDER
These applications are filed seeking extension of time for payment of Rs.'l 1 ,00,0001 as dir,rcted by this Court earlier and to allow the petitioner to make payments immediately within one week to recall the non-bailable warrants issued against the accused.
Crl.P.No.9995 of 2021 was filed questioning the orders of the learned Sessions Jude in issuing warrants for non-payment of amounts as directed.
This Court had granted interim stay of the Sessions Court's order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4994 of 2017 in Crl M.P.No 617 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.3'15 of 2013 on the condition that the amounts as directed were paid- Though the direction was issued, the accused failed to leposit the amount of Rs.1'1 ,00,0001 for which reason this Court by order dated 06.03.2023 dismissed the criminal petition and directed issuance of warrants against the accused.
On filing of the present applications, the accused had drawn two demand drafts bearing numbers'757673' and'757674' for Rs.3,00,000/- and Rs. 8,00,000/respectively, payable in favour of Marthi Venkat Reddy. The Saiddemand drafts are handed over to the complainant in the Court. For the saidreason, the prayer for extension of time forpayment of Rs.11,00,0001is allowed.The warrants pending against the accusedin the Sessions Court shallbe recalled.
Accordingly, theser applications areordered.
