This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) by the petitioner-Accused to quash the proceedings against him in FIR vide Crime No.139 of 2021,
dated 23.11.2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Basheerabad Police Station, Vikarabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short “IPC”).

4. In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to
continue the protection given to the petitioner. However, the said allegations of the documents being forged shall be investigated by the police. The Investigating Officer in Crime No.139 of 2021, dated 23.11.2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Basheerabad Police Station, Vikarabad District is directed to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioner – Accused. Further, the petitioner – Accused shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
