This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.526 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officcr, Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, registered lor the offence punishable under Section 498-A, 4O6, 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short'IPCJ and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

On instructions and as per the e-courts case status proceedings, leamed Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after complction of investigation in the subject crime, the police tiled charge sheet belore the Court concerned and C.C.No.7744 of 2022 r,r,as assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Crimina-l Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners-Accused are at libertY to movc this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
