This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of Cr.P.C by the petitioner-accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4559 of 2O19 pending on the file of learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and 406 read with 34 of I.P.C.

The Crime is of the year 2OlO ald there is no progress in the matter, even though thirteen (13) years have elapsed-

In view of the above circumstances, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose of C.C.No.4559 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (06) months, in accordance with law by following the procedure under Section 309 of Cr.P.C.

Needless to say that in the event of accused No.l not appearing the case against accused No.l shall be split up, and the trial may go on agajnst the petitioner-accused No.2.

In the event of the petitioner/accused No.2 frling rm application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C., the same shall be considered by the trial Court with certain terms atrd conditions
