This Criminal Petition is hled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner/Accused No.1 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.46O of 2023 on the file of Station House Officer, Pahadishareef Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences under Sections 353, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short'IPC).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Ganesh, Iearned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1--State. Perused the record.

Since dl the offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable with less than seven (07) years of imprisonment, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner/Accused No.1 to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 11.08.2023 between 02:OO p.rn., and O4:00 p.m., ancl the Investigating Officer is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C
