This Criminal Petition is filed under Sectio n 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short^,Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioners/Accused to quash the proceedings in FIR No.36 of 2023 on the file of the Trimulgherrv police Station. Secunderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 34L, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IpC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant pubiic prosecutor for respondent - State. perused the record.

Since all the offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable with iess than seven (07) years imprisonment, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners / Accused to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before O3.O8.2O23 between 02:OO p.m., and O4:00 p.m., and the Investigating Officer is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 4l,A Cr.p.C
