In the report of the Secretarl,, Telangana High Court Lcgal Scrvices Committee, Hyderabad, it is stated that in obedience of the orders dated 26.06.2023, the petitioner/ accuscd zurd thg f,nrt respondent/defacto complainant har.c appeared belore hcr erlong with their counsel and on examination and verification of their particulars from their Aadhar Cards, they were tallied. Thus the identification of both the parties has been established.

The parties herein have filed a joint rnemo of compromise stating that at the intervention of the elders, they have settled the disputes between them amicably. The said joir-rt menro of compromise and the report of the Secretary are placed on rccord.

In the complaint, the defacto complainant stated that they-' had sexual intercourse on two occasions. Fiowever, there is no whisper about any kind of force that was used by the accused. In the said circumstances, when both are adults and the sexual intercourse was voluntar5r, offence of rape would not arise.

+. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner/accused and respondent No.2, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed.
