This.Criminal petition is filed under Section 4g2 ofCode of Criminal procedure, 1973 (for short .,Cr.p.C,) by the petitioners _ accused Nos.1 to 5 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in C.C.No.53 of 2016 pending on the file of learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Section s 166, 167, 417, 420, 464, 466, 467, 47r and 474 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'rPC).

Perused the record.

As seen from the record, no interim orders were granted by this Court earlier. The crime was registered in the year 2014 and charge sheet was filed in the year 2016. Learned counser for the petitioners is not aware of the stage of the case before the trial Court. Therefore, I feel that there is no reason to keep the petition pending and the same is liable to be dismissed.
