As such, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption .for dismissal, only to draw the attention of the learned counsel for the appellants. But there is no representation even today. Therefore, considering the fact that the first appeal is pending since last two decades, I find no merit to adjourn the matter in the absence of proper representation. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default for non_prosecution Hotvever, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, rhiscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
