The contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondents under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1977, for deliberate and willful disobedience in complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3O652 of 2OlO, d,ated 02.O2.2Ot2.

Heard Sri C.Praveen, learned counsel representing Sri M.R.S.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 3.

This Court by order dated 02.02.2012 passed order directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the land in question in any manner whatsoever without following due process of law.

Respondent No.l frled counter alfrdavit, wherein, it has been specifically stated that, respondent _ authorities are not interfering with the land of petitioner in Survey
