Plaintiff filed O.S.No.129 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, for recovery of money and the same was decreed, against which the unsuccessful defendant therein preferred the present Appeal Suit before this Couft.
dated 28.02.2014 in E.P.No.16 of 2010passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, which reads as follows:
