The above cases between the parties having been referred for determination to the LOK ADALAT and the parties having comprom'ised the case / matter, the fot(owing Award is passed in term! of the setttement:

The Appettan t/ Ptaintiff ,atong with his counsel Sri G.Karunakar Reddy, Advocate, Respondent/ Defendant Nos. 2 and 7 atong with their counsel M/s. Chandrasen Law Offices, Rep. by its Parter Smt.E.Namrata Reddy, Advocate, being represented by Sri G.Aravind, Advocate and Respondent/ Defendant Nos. 3 to 6 atong withtheir counsel Sri P.Ramachandra Rao, Advocate, have appeared before the Lok Adatat and identified by their respective counset.
Both the parties have stated that they have amicabty settled the dispute in respect of the famity properties which are subject matter of the suit vide O.S.No.674 of 2007 on the file bf lV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy and entered into compromise. A Compromise petition is filed along with Memorandum of Compromise reducing the terms of compromise into writing.
The said terms of the liilemorandum of Compromise are read over and explained to att the parties, intotheir vernacutar and they agreed and admitted the same to be true and correct and,they have also stated that they have signed on the memorandum of compromise. .
Accordingly, Compromise is recorded as per the terms set out in the Memorandum of Compromise:
The said .A,lemorandum of Compromise appended shall form part of the award. Accordingly,. award is passed as per the terms set out in the Memorandum of Compromise.
ln terms'of the compromfse arived at between the parties, the Appeat Suit No. 248 of 2021 shatt stand disposed of.
The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid on this appeat shaLt be refunded.
