Petitron under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to return the Petitioner's deposited amount of Rs 50,000/- in the form of two separate DD Nos, 1) 064582, Dt 13-04-2016 for Rs.26,0001 and 2) DD No. 064580, Dt. 13-04-2016 for Rs. 24,000/- in total Rs. 50,0001 with interest which was deposited in W.P. (PlL) No. 39/2016 by allowing the "For Being Mention"
This petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Pulla Rao Yellanki, Counsel for the Petitioner and GP for General Administration on behalf of Respondents 1 & 3 and GP for Municipal Administration & Urban Development on behalf of Responient l{o. 2 and of Sri T. Sudhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel on
behalf of Respondent No.4 and of Sri K. V. Subba Reddy, Counsel for Respondent No. 5. the Court made the following. ORDER
This petition is filed secking to return the amount of Rs.50,000/deposited by the pctitioner at the time of filing the W.P.No,23284 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide ordcr dated 03.01.2022, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the said amount.
Having considered the said submission and having regard to the fact that this Court disposetl of the said Writ Petition, the petitioner is permitted to withd raw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner at the time of filing the W.P.No.23284 of 2015.
Accordingly, the petition is ordered. It is needless to say that the registry shall permit the petitioner to withdraw the amounts deposited by him at the time of filing the writ petition.
