The present writpetition has been registered on the basis of a Note dated08.10.2018with regardto the deficiency of Assistant PublicProsecutors/Public Prosecutors inthe Criminal Courts inthe State of Telangala, whichwere not being filled uPbY the Government.
This Court has monitoredthe process of selection and the facts revealthat 151 vacancieswere notified for the post of Assistant PublicProsecutors by the Telangana State Level Police RecruitmentBoard and only130 candidates have qualified in the written examinationand final1y 92 candidates were selected.Therespondents haveissuedappointment orders in respectof 89 candidates. However,in two cases as criminal casesare pending, no appointment' orders have been issued. In respect ofone case, based on the intelligence report, again inwhich it was statedthat somecriminalcase was registered againstthe applicant thereunder,the matter has been referredto the Government'Meaningthereby, out of 92 selectedcandidates, 89candidateshave been appointed.
In the light of the aforesaid, no further orders are
required to be passed in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of
The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
