Petition under A'Ilicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in seeking to demolish the petitioner s building bearing H. No.1-1-2111 forming part of Sy. No.21il situated at Grimapur, Medchal Municipality (constructed through permission d|2010U2108 issued by the erstwhile Grimapur Gram Panchayat) pursuant to the Letter of 2nd respondent vide Lr. No.G/19/2021 d1.21-12- 2021 addressed to the 3rd respondent and the Notice dt.13-08-2021 vide File no.G 1/'19/TPS/21 of the 2nd respondent by erroneously deeming the said building as un-authorised construction as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional. contrary to law, in violation of principles of naturaljustice and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of constitution of lndia and consequently set aside the Letter vide Lr. No.Gl19l2021 dt.21-12-2o21 and the Notice dt. 13-08-202'l vide File no.G 1/'19/TPS/21 and direct the respondents not to demolish the said building.
