an extent of the land admeasuring Acs.5-05 guntas instead of Acs.2-21 guntas situated at phanigir village, Nagaram Mandal, Suryapet District. However, for technical reasons, those applications are not disposed of. Taking advantage of the sarne' respondent No.4, whose name .is shown in dharani portal in respect of the subject lands, is trying to sell rhe sarne.

(i) The petitioner filed suit tbr permanent injunction in O.S. No.l09 of 2020 betbre the learned JLrnior Civil .luclge, Thungathurthy, Suryapet District ancl obtained perntanent injunction against respondent No.zl vide ordcr clated 0g. l2.l02l .

(ii) The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2 _ the District Collector, Suryapet, Suryapet District, to forthwith pass orders on his online applications.

In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of adrnission itself, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to act upon online applications of the petitioner submitted througrr Dharani portal vide land gricvance application Nos.L.Nl No.210010g7g9 ancl
