Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Courl may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not including the petitioner's names in the Proceedings vide Collector Peddapalli Proc.No.G21907/2017 in Gazette No.36, dt.25.09,2017, for Peddampeta (PATTA), vide Collector. Peddapalli Proc.No.G211043,2017 in Gazette No.37. dt.25.09.20'l 7, for Peddampeta (SC Colony), vide Collector, Peddapalli Ptoc,No. G21104212017 in Gazeltee 35 dt 25,09.2017, for Peddampeta (Abadi), all are H/o Jallaram vjllage, vide Collector, Peddapalli Proc. No.G21 1044/2017 in Gazette No,38. dt.25.09.2017 for Mangapaili, all ef are Ramagiri mandal of Peddapalli district Erstwhile Karjmnagar District applying theprovisions of G.O.Ms.No.68 lrrjgation and CAD (PW-LA-iV-R and R) Dept dt.8-4-2005, with regard to Rehabilitation and Resettlement measures in respect of the petitioners in spite of the direclions issued in W.P No.30739 ol 2017, dl. 12-09-2016 and in spite of the fact lhat the petitioners have been paid compensation towards the land /houses etc., as illegal and arbitrary, violative of the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act 2013(LA Act 2013), Art.. 21 and 300-4 of lhe Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to include thepetitioner's names through a Supplementary Notification by issuing fresh Gazette Notification forthwith with regards to Rehabilitation and Resettlement measures in accordance withthe provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resetuement Act, 2013.
