The present writ petition has been filed^againstan interim order granted by the leamed^{Arbitratorin KBSFM 324} of 2O2l (M/s. Kotak Mahindra^{Bank Limited vs. Lenora and} one another).

The order has been passed under^{Section 17 of the} Arbitration and Conciliation^{Act, 1996 (for short, 'the Act").} Section 37 of the Act reads as under:

"37. Appealable otders.- {l) Notwithstanding^artything contained in any^{otherlaw for the timebeingin force, an} appeal shall lie from the^{followingorders (and fromno} others) to the Court authorised^{bylaw to hear appeals lrom} original decrees of the^{Court passing the order,namely:-}

(a) refusing to refer the^parties to^arbitration under section 8;

(b) granting or refusing to grant arly measure under section 9:
