L,earned counsel for the petitioner submits that arrear tax dues of the petitioner has been settled following the One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme introduced by the Government of Telangana. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
