ORDER: Per the Hon'ble the ChielJusti.e^{SalishChattdra sharma)}

The petitioners before this Court^{have filed this writ} petition with a prayer for issuance of a writ of^mandamus directing the respondents to allocate^{the petitioners to the} Telangana State Power Generation^{CorporationLimited} (TSGENCO),

The undisputed facts of the case make^{it very clear that} the matter relating to allocation of^{employees ofthe} TSGENCO was subjected to^judicial scrutiny^{before the} Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble^{Supreme Court,} while passing an order in Civil Appeal^{No.11435of 2018on} 28. 1 1.2018 has observed as under:-

"We make it clear that the^decision of the^{one man} Committei head by Justice Dharmadhikari^{shall be ltnal} and binding on all the^palties including^{Power Utility} Compalies of the two States^{as rvell as the employeesand} sha.ll be executed by a.ll the^{parties as a:.r order of this} Court."

The one man Committee headed by Hon'ble^Justice Dharmadhikari has finally submitted a report considering^the cases of each and every individual for the purpose of allocation to the TSGENCO and APGENCO and by virtue of the order passed by the Honble Supreme Court, the^{report of}

the Committee has also been executed. The order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 24.11 .2Ala makes it very clear that the decision of the one man Committee shall be executed by all the parties as an order of the Hontle Supreme Court.

In the considered opinion of this Court, as the order of the one man Committee has to be executed as an order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the remedy does not lie before this Court and it lies somewhere else.

Resultantly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps for ventilating their grievance in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage submits that the petitioners be grarrted liberty to approach thc Hon'ble Supreme Court, The petitioners are certainly at liberty to approach the Ilon'ble Supreme Col-lrt.
