Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government pleader fo. St p" and Registration appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4 and Mr. Abu Akram, learned Shnding Counsel appearing for respondent No.5. 2. This Writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not accepting the Development Agreement cum-General power of Attorney dated 1,5.12.2017 presented by the petitioners in respect of the land in Survey Nos.247 /part and,251/part admeasuring Acs.3.1s gts situated at Manikonda Jagir Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.
