Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home. With their^consent, the^presentWrit Petition is being disposed of at the stage o{ admission.

Seeking to declare the action of the^{respondentNos.3 and 4 in} threatening and harassing the petitioner by calling^{him to the police station} for settling the civil disputes between^{the familymembers,as illegaland} arbitrary, the petitioner has filed the^{presentwrit petition.}

Learned Govemment Pleader, on instructions,^{has statedthat based} on the complaint given by one K. Jagadeswar,^{the respondentNo.3} - Station House Officer, Neredmet^{Police Station, has registered a case} against the petitioner and his^{father ttide Crime No'608 ol 2022, dated} 21..06.2022, for the offences under Sections^{448 and 506 r/w 34 I.P'C. That} the petitioner herein is arrayed as^{Accused No.2 and his father as Accused} No.1. Learned Government Pleader^{has further stated that the official} respondents are not calling the^{petitionerand his father to the police station} for settlement of civil disputes,^{as alleged by the petitioner.}
