This Writ Petition is lileri seeking the following relief: To pass an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the orders passed by the respondent No. 3, in Lr.No. ASl94 12O22-pan, dated 09.03.2022 and its consequential notice issued by the respondcnt No.4, through which not taking any action against the illegal construction made by the respondent No.5 i.e. without leaving anJ, setbacks and by occupying 20 feet of pubic road, in plot of land admeasuring 2OO.O0 sq. yd. in Sy.No. 474/ , situated at Nagunoor Village, Karimnagar Mandal and District, and in thc ver same order giving a finding that, thc petitioner had constructed her residential house without leaving lO fcet sctback, in constructing the residential house, without issuing any notice to her and without calling for any explanation from her, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of naturaljustice and also violativ(: of Arricles 14, l9 and 2l ofthe Constitution of lndia consequently, direct the respondents No. 2 to 4, to take necessary action against thc illegal construction of residential house by the respondent No.s, without leaving any setbacks and occupying 20 feet public road as per the letter addressed by the respondent No.3, and notice issued by the respondent No.4, as indical-ed alrcve, and to pass such other ordcr_or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the idterest of justice."
