Petition under Arlicle 226 ol the Constitution of lndia^praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue order or direction more particularly one of the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents-3and4 in unauthorisedly seizing the Pesticide shop under name and style as Sai Thirumala Pesticides at Premises bearing No. 2-6-30 at Market Road, Karimnagar and Residential premises No. 10-4-136/1 , at Bank Colony, Karimnagar, as illegal, arbitrary and violates the fundamental right of Petitioner Ul A.14,21 and 3004 of Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to handover the keys and possession of the both the sub.ject properties in respect of Pesticide shop under name and style as Sai Thirumala Pesticides at Premises bearing No. 2-630 at Market Road, Karimnagar and Residential^premises No. 10-4-136/1 , at Bank Colony, Karimnagar to the petitioner.
