This matter was listed before this Court on Og.12.2022 and. the same was adjourned to 12. 12.2022 at the request of learned counsel fcr the petitioners. On 12.12.2022, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 19.12.2022 under the same caplion ,for dismissal'. In spite of listing the matter under the caption .for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioners either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. Hence, it appears that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute the matter. 2. In the circumstances, this Writ petition is disnissed for non-prosecution.
