Petition under Arlicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ , order or direction moreparticularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing posting orders to thepetitioner posting M.P.P.School Chintavrre, Laxmidevipalli N,4andal, Bhadradri Kothagudem,vide proceedings No. ES/SCi B HAD/PH ED/0010 dated 06.01.2022 contrary to thepreference exercised in option form by the petitioner without taking into the seniority and spouse category allotting unofficial respondent to the petitioner in Schoo s situated in ZPHSchool Nakiripeta ,Burgampadu Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust, violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of lndia and contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.317 General Administrative Department, dated 06.12.2021 and G.O.Ms.No. 16 dated 06-06-2018 transferguidelines and declare that the same as bad-in-law and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of thepetitioner by following the transfer guidelines in the cadre of P.E.Teacher in Bhadradri Kothagudem District and allot the petitioner posted to zPHSchool Nakiripeta ,BurgampaduMandal asper hispriorityin theoption form.
