05:00 PM. Because: of such electrocution M. Kashiram, Gedam Santhosh, Kodapa Rajanikanth and Durva Anil received grievous injuries,and subsequently died. This relates to Cr.No.121 of 2015 registered before the Indravelly Police Station under Section 304-A of Indian Penal Code. Claimants were legal heirs of the deceased M. Kashiram. Though claimants were entitled to exgratia the same was not paid.
"Therefore, in this circumstances, I direct the Respondents to consider the petitioners case and grant exgratia dS psT the approved rates as on today and pass Award accordingly.
Taking into consideration, thctugh the incident occurred in the year 2015, four years elapsed, no compensation has been paid to the Petitioners who are poor tribals etnd no interest is also paid, therefore the Respondents are directed to address letter to their \ superior aut:horities for sanction of exgratia of Rs.4,00,000/- as laid in the orders in proceedings No.N.O.O.(CS)Ms.No.38, Dt.18.02.2016 where in

exgratia has been enhanced from Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.4,00,000/- for the deceased persons and to disburse as per the said order to Petitioners and Award is passed according ly".
