That immediately af[er coming to know about the s.rme, the writ petitioners along with some other members have lilecl represen tations/ objections before respondent No.6 and also before respondent No.4, but the said objections are not considered till date and no orders are passed thereon. It is further stated Lhat some of the members, u,ho are now impleaded as respondents g to l g herein, were already removed in the General Body Meeting held on 10. 11.2009. Aggrieved by the same, rhel, l2r. challenged the same before the Deputy Registrar/ Divisional Co_operative Officer/Arbitrator, Hyderabad (West) Division, Ranga Reddy District, in ARC No.l of 2010 and uid.e order d,ated, lZ.O2.2OIO, the said petition was dismissed. Even the appeal fi1ed by them in C.T.A. No.87 of 20I I was also dismissed by The Co_operative Tribunal at Hyderabad uide order dated 19.06.2O13. But, the names of said persons are still shown in the voters, list prepared by respondent No.6. Learned counsel has drawn the attention of the Court to the voters, list prepared by respondent No.6 wherein the names of respondent Nos.9 to 12 and 14 to 1g were shown at SI.Nos.535, 331,447,4S9, 3O9, 516, 388, 503 and 436 respectively and therefore seeks a direction from this Court
