Respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein were detained by passing appropriate order under the provisions of preventive Detention Act" The said detention order is not chailenged in this writ petition. The petitioner has to challenge the said detention order also. when this aspect is pointed out by this court, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw this iryrit petition with a liberty to fire a fresh writ petition chafienging the order of detention passed against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein.

Granting Iiberty as sought for, this writ petition is drsmissed as withdrawn. No costs.
