Resultantly, the impugned orcler passed b_r, the iearned Single judge is hereb,v set aside . The u.rit petitioners are directed to impleaci the :rppellants before this Court as respondents in the u,r-it petition and the learned Single Judge shall be free to pass an appropriate order afresh without being influencecl b.r, the earlier order passed in the matter.
