Though earlier the matter was deferred for hearing for want of
the presence of Appellant, to extend fair opportunity, this matter was listed today under the caption for “ for orders”.
Yet, there is no representation for the appellant. These

prosec ute this appeal.
Considering these aspec ts, this appeal
