Challenging the order passed by the Court of Junior Civil Judge-cum-Vll Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddv district, in O.S. / S.C.No.1464 of 2O71, dared 26-11-2Olt returning the same on the ground that it has no jurisdiction, the plaintiff preferred the present Civil Revision Petition.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 3. When the matter is listed today, the counsel for the petitioner stated that the present Civil Revision Petition is already covered by the orders passed by this Court in CRP.No. 1789 ol 2012, dated 05-06-2017, wherein this Court following the judgments in CRP.No.2947 of 2Ol2 between M/s. Shriram Chits (P) Ltd., and M.A. Saber and four others and also in J. RAMA KRISHNA V/s. SHRIRAM CHITS PVT. LTD^I ., allowed the revision directing the i learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district at Hayathnagar to register the plaint as suit, if it is otherwise in order, immediately on receipt of copy of the order.

Since the issue involved in this revision is squarely covered by the^judgments of this court and the issue involved in this revision is no more res-integra. This court while exercising the jurisdiction
