This Criminal Revision Case is fiied by petitioner/husband aggrieved by the order, dated 14.07.2017, allowing M.C.No.214 of 2Q04 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court, Hyderabad
As per the docket proceedings, on 07.04.2022 as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 08.06.2022. On 08.06.2022 also, there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 17.06.2022 under the caption "For dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner despite listing the matter under the caption "For dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any,
pending, shall stand closed.
