ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.420 of 2017 pending on the lile of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, the cognizance of which is taken for the offence under Section 182 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the instructions of the petitioner, he intends to withdraw the criminal petition. He also filed a letter dated 27.09.2022 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
