This Criminal Petition is liled seeking quashment of proceedings in FIR.No.126 of 2016 of P.S. Chikadpally, registered for the offences under Sections 448,326, l2OB of Indian Penal Code, against the petitioner / accused.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 as well as the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in this matter since long time there are no instructions from the petitioner.
