This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 6 and Accused No.8 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.131 of 2013 pending on the file of Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 6 and 8 in the said crime. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 143, 353, 341 and 342 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State. Perused the record.

On perusal of the proceeding sheet there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on L0.03.2022, 19.04.2022,05.07.2022 and also 10.08.2022. Today also there is no representation.
