The present application is filed seeking extension of time for six months to dispose of N.D.S.C. No. 157 of 2022 on the file of the l/etropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.
This Court while disposing of Criminal Petition No, 5820 of 2022 on 13-07 -2022 directed the trial Court to dispose of the above said case within four months from the date of receipt of copy of order, since the accused was in larl frorn 25-11-2021. ln this regard, the present application is received fronr the trial Court seeking extension of time for six months.
Considering the reasons stated in the application, this Court is inclined to extend the time for disposal of N.D.S.C. No. 157 ot 2022 upto 31-08-2023. Further, it is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted for disposal of the above said case.
