This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.292 of 2Ol8 on the file of the Iearned Judiciai Magistrate First Class, Bhadrachalam, Khammam, filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, against the petitioner/accused No. l.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Lctter dated 29-08-2022 stating that the matter before the Lower Court was compromised between the parties anci the complainant has withdrawn the case.

The same is recorded.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been fulfilled, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.
