This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 11 for quashment of the proceedings against them in Crime N0.73 of 2021 pending on the file,of Station House Officer, P.S.Kusumanchi, Khammam District, The offences alleged against the accused are under Sections 365, 323, read with 114 and 109 of IPC.
