This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.5 and 6 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.') seeking to^quash the^proceedings against them in Crime No.90 of 2019 on the file of Station House Officer, Luxettipet Police Station, Mancherial District. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 148 and 302 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record

The petitioners are Accused Nos.5 an.d 6 in the aforesaid crime registered by Luxettipet Police. The police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet before the concerned Court which was numbered as S.C.No.354 of 2027. In the said charge sheet though these petitioners are shown as accused, the investigating officer made a mention that for the reason of the present criminal petition pending before this Court, a separate charge sheet would be filed against these
