This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner-accused No.2 for quash of proceedings against him in Crime No.59 of 2020 of CCS Police Station of Hyderabad registered for the offence under Sections 406,4O9 and 42O of the [ndian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted that subsequent to fiiing of the Criminal Petition, the Police concerned have completed investigation and also Iiled charge sheet, which is numbered as C.C.No.2302 ol 2021.

4, In view of the above submission, since investigation is completed and charge sheet is also hled, the very purpose of filing the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings in Crime No.59 of 2O2O of CCS Police Station ol Hyderabad is defeated and thereby Criminal Petition has become infructuous and Iiable to be dismissed.
