This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the^petitioner- Accused to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.674 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 447 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the^petitioner - Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

On the basis of a private complaint, the present crime was registered for the aforesaid offences. The allegation in the complaint is that this^petitioner has criminally trespassed into the land of complainant and threatened complainant.

As seen f.om the record, the petitioner is aged about 70 years ard since the case is one of criminal trespass and threatening, th s Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Ctf icer in respect of FIR No.674 of 2021 pending on the file of Sta.ion House Officer, Shamshabad Police Station,
